Cafe Bar Supervisor

As a Cafe Bar supervisor you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the team during service. You'll motivate the team and encourage excellent customer service. You may also open the premises at the start of your shift or close the premise at the end of your shift, depending on the rota.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Be confident in leading the cafe bar team through service.

• Train new members of staff.

• Ensure the smooth running of service and handle any customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Complete or delegate opening and closing checks.

• Take accurate orders and work closely with the kitchen team.

• Ensure payments and receipts are correct.

• Recommend dishes and drinks to customers.

• Open or close the premises, cashing up when required.

• Prepare and set up for events.

About Tattenhall Marina

Tattenhall marina occupies an idyllic location close to Tattenhall Village, only 9 miles outside of Chester. We offer 300 moorings for leisure boats alongside day hire boats, floating holiday lodges and a bustling Cafe Bar.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
