COVID-19 Update - 25th September 2020

We hope you have been enjoying our beautiful British summertime and exploring the wonders of our canal system.

As you may be aware, the government has released recent legislation in an effort to control the rising cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We politely request that if you or any members of your household have COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit us, stay at home and self-isolate - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/...

We have taken considerable steps as a Company to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of both our employees and customers. When visiting the facilities, service areas, chandlery and office; you must wear a face covering, wash or sanitise your hands on entry and exit and keep a safe distance of a minimum of 1 meter from others at all times.
A COVID-19 risk assessment is in place and our team have received guidance on new operating procedures and have been provided with PPE including masks, visors, gloves, aprons and hand sanitiser.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, paying extra attention to high-touch areas and protective screens are in place for the safety of customers and employees.
Our marina office, chandlery and laundry remain open with social distancing measures in place, please pay by card or contactless as required. Our toilets and showers are open however we ask that you use your own on-board facilities where possible.
Please adhere to social distance guidelines at all times; our staff are legally obliged to refuse entry or service where visitors do not comply with regulations. Signage and information boards are in place to remind everyone of social distancing and safety guidelines.

Please note: All Covid-19 policies are based on current UK Government guidelines and are being constantly reviewed based on the latest advice. Check our website COVID-19 page for the latest information.

We thank you for helping us keep our team, yourself and loved ones safe during these testing times.
